Rough interior clean-up
This cleaning prepares the home or building for its final stages of construction. Tasks include removing small construction debris from the inside of the structure, prepping floors for final flooring, washing windows and dust removal.

Final interior clean-up
This is a detailed cleaning after construction wraps up.  It includes thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, cabinets, walls, windows, appliances, fixtures and removing any lingering debris.

The standard rough interior clean-ups run 15 to 30 cents/sf and the final interior clean-ups run 25 to 50 cents/sf. 

Additional Charges
Our cleanings are thorough and are priced pre-cleaning.  Additional fees will be added for:

• Excessive interior debris removal
• Exterior debris removal
• Paint removal from windows, floors or surfaces
• Steam cleaning of carpet and tile

​Payments and late fees:  All payments are due upon completion of cleaning.  Checks, cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and direct deposit are accepted.  A late fee of $100 is charged on all invoices outstanding at 30 days with an additional $5 per day thereafter.
Cancellations:  All cancellations within 14 days of your appointment are charged a $50 per cleaner fee.  Cancellations within 7 days of your appointment are charged the full cleaning rate if we are not able to fill the spot.
